These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Marlee’s websites, digital content, and general services.

Certain products, services, or commercial relationships offered by Marlee are governed by additional terms and conditions, which apply in addition to these Terms.

By using this website, purchasing any Workverse products, or accessing any bonuses or digital content, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About This Site

This website is operated by Marlee Australia Pty Ltd (“Marlee”, “we”, “us”). It exists to provide information about the book Workverse, sell related products, and offer digital bonuses.

By visiting this site, downloading any material, or purchasing anything from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site including the Workverse book, text, images, graphics, digital downloads, tools, bonuses and other materials is owned by Marlee or our licensors.

You may not copy, share, publish, or reproduce any materials without permission. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use any digital downloads you purchase for your own individual use only.

Your Use of Workverse Digital Materials

When you buy or receive digital items (ebooks, guides, templates, bonuses):

  • They are for personal use only
  • You may not resell, upload, redistribute, or share them
  • You agree not to remove copyright notices or alter the files

Some items may include Digital Rights Management (DRM) to prevent unauthorised distribution.

You agree not to misuse the website or any Workverse or Marlee materials. This includes (but is not limited to) attempting to interfere with site security, accessing accounts other than your own, scraping or harvesting data, reverse engineering digital files, or using the site or materials for illegal or harmful purposes.

4. Ordering & Payment

Orders placed through this site are processed by third-party platforms such as Shopify, Stripe, BookVault, BookFunnel, or other fulfilment partners.

By placing an order, you confirm:

You are at least 18 years old (or have guardian permission)

All information you provide is accurate

You authorise us or our payment partners to charge your chosen payment method

Prices may appear in different currencies depending on your location and may include or exclude taxes.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order that appears to be fraudulent, abusive, made in breach of these Terms, or made using incorrect pricing or discount information.

We may refuse or cancel orders from countries subject to Australian, U.S., UK, EU, or UN sanctions, embargoes, or other trade restrictions. Where legally required, we may be unable to supply digital or physical products to certain regions.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Print copies of Workverse are fulfilled by third-party printing and distribution partners such as BookVault, IngramSpark, or Amazon.

Once your order is handed to the shipping company, responsibility for delivery transfers to that courier or postal service.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary by region.

If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund as required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. Digital Delivery

Ebooks, Audiobooks and digital bonuses may be delivered by BookFunnel, Shopify, email, or another authorised distributor.

Digital products are considered delivered once the download link has been sent to you.

If you experience technical issues, we will help troubleshoot, or connect you with the delivery partner to troubleshoot or resend files.

It is your responsibility to download and securely store any digital items after delivery. We are not responsible for lost files after successful delivery.

7. Refunds & Returns

Print Books

We will replace or refund print books that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Change-of-mind returns are not available unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Digital Products

Because digital items cannot be returned, they are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where:

  • The file is faulty and cannot be replaced, or

Refund is required by Australian Consumer Law or GDPR consumer protections.

Where a digital file is faulty, we will first attempt to replace or resend the file. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be provided as required by applicable law.

8. Bonuses & Access

Some purchases of Workverse may include special bonuses (tools, templates, assessments, AI coaching experiences, or other digital downloads). Bonuses may:

  • Be delivered through Marlee’s technology platforms
  • Require you to create a Marlee account
  • Be subject to Marlee’s Terms & Conditions
  • Change, update, or retire over time at our discretion

Bonus access is provided “as-is” and is not guaranteed indefinitely.

By creating a Marlee account, signing in, or using any Marlee bonus features, you acknowledge and accept:

That Marlee Australia Pty Ltd is the platform provider for these services

We may suspend or terminate your access to bonuses, digital content, or Marlee platform features if you violate these Terms or Marlee’s Terms & Conditions, or if we detect fraudulent or abusive use.

Your Marlee account is governed by Australian law, with GDPR rights applied to EU/UK users and similar privacy protections applied globally where applicable.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

We take privacy seriously. Your personal information is handled according to the Marlee Privacy Policy, available at: https://getmarlee.com/privacy-policy We comply with:

  • Australian Privacy Law
  • GDPR (for EU/UK users and applied globally where practicable)
  • Relevant US and international privacy regulations based on where you reside

Third-party vendors such as Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, BookVault, and BookFunnel process your information under their own privacy policies.

10. No Professional Advice

Workverse is an educational and informational resource. Nothing in the book, bonuses, workshops, or website should be considered:

  • legal,
  • financial,
  • medical, or
  • psychological advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

We do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, academic, or career outcomes from the use of the Workverse book, bonuses, assessments, or Marlee services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product
  • Nothing in these Terms limits your non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law

12. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to Amazon, Shopify, BookVault, or other external services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or behaviour.

13. Participation in Marlee Programs

Participation in certain Marlee programs, products, or commercial arrangements is subject to additional terms and conditions.

In particular, participation in the Workverse Creator Affiliate Program is governed by the Workverse Creator Program Terms & Conditions, available here.

If you apply for, participate in, or engage with any such program, you agree to be bound by the applicable additional terms, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

14. Order of Precedence

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any program-specific terms (including the Workverse Creator Program Terms & Conditions), the relevant program-specific terms prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Marlee’s websites, or by applying for or participating in any Marlee program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any applicable additional terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless laws in your own region require different consumer protections.
